The series is of extreme value and it is necessary for the development and popularization of knowledge about regional culture of "small homelands" in a united Europe. It creates the basis for understanding how a very important issue for humans are the emotional bonds with their own region and the ability to reconcile their regional and national identity with an attitude of universalism. Transformations of traditional folk culture (or the so-called folk type culture) identified with former communities make it the duty of folk investigators to acquire and study of research materials, and thus to organize knowledge about the culture of specific regions. This publication is designated for a wide group of readers - enthusiasts of cultural heritage, interested in broadly understood regional culture and its popularization.
